Return Policy

At EZRI, we want make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products. For that reason, we offer a 30 day return policy for any of our items. Whether you changed your mind or you prefer another one of our products, you can easily send back your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. While we request that you provide a reason for your return of our item, this will not influence your return approval.
In order to process a return, several conditions apply. Items must be purchased directly through our website (www.ezri.com), and proof of purchase is required to process the return. Items must be in new condition. This includes all packaging and hand tags intact, as well as all parts included in the item. Any items that were damaged, worn, or used by the user may not be returned. Please use the contact form on our website to notify us of your desire to return an order, and we will contact you with further instructions to complete the process. All returns will be subject to a handling fee. EZRI holds the right to deny returns at the company's discretion for any reason beyond those listed above.
Refund for returned orders will be processed once the order is delivered to our facilities, and the handling fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. Any misrepresentation of the condition of the returned item can be subject to a revoking of the return approval and a refund denial. In such a case, the customer will be given the option to have the item reshipped to them at their own expense. For any product that arrives with manufacturing errors or existing defects, please view the limited warranty section.

 

Limited Warranty

In order to ensure our customers of the quality of our goods, we provide a 12 month limited warranty for any manufacturing defects of our items. Any existing defects caused by manufacturing faults in our products are included in this limited warranty. Warranty will provide a repair or replacement of defected product.
Certain conditions and exclusions apply to our limited warranty. This warranty does not cover cosmetic or accidental damages, nor does it cover normal wear and tear from use of our item. Proof of purchase from our website is required to activate your warranty. EZRI has the right to request visual proof of defect prior to processing the warranty. To activate your warranty, fill out the contact form in the Contact Us page on our website describing in detail the defect of your order. Visual proof and order information will expiate your warranty claim. Under this warranty, EZRI will cover all repairs and replacements costs; any shipping fees involved in the claim will be covered by the customer. EZRI holds the right to deny warranty claims at the company's discretion for any reason beyond those listed above.
